She specializes in comprehensive legal advisory in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contract law, as well as banking and finance. She provides support to clients in their day-to-day operations and during transactions, including the sale of shares, business disposals, and conducting due diligence processes. Her expertise extends to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating shareholder agreements, cooperation agreements, joint-venture agreements, and sales and supply contracts.

As the Head of Banking & Finance at a renowned law firm in Wrocław, Paulina managed a team of lawyers, preparing and negotiating loan agreements and security documents (including those based on LMA standards) and coordinating advisors across multiple jurisdictions. She also led a team supporting borrower clients in large-scale cross-border financial and refinancing transactions. Her involvement in a multi-year debt restructuring process, recognized by industry media as one of the most complex and dynamic restructuring transactions of 2018, demonstrates her ability to navigate challenging financial projects.
