Zuzanna Prandecka-Walek specialises in personal data protection, consumer rights and information security. Her experience in proceedings before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) makes her an ideal arbitrator in disputes at the intersection of technology and consumer law. As an internal auditor of the information security management system (ISO/IEC 27001), she has unique competences to resolve disputes in the area of cybersecurity. She has participated in risk analyses and assessments of breach incidents, which allows her to accurately assess facts and evidence in arbitration proceedings.
